Learn how to pour and weigh fudge in a pan and start profiting with fudge.

Please note that the kettle has been positioned sideways so that the camera can better capture the instructional steps. Follow your Setup Guide and Fudge Manual for proper positioning and use of the kettle.

Step 1.

Learn how to pour and weigh fudge in a pan and start profiting with fudge.

Step 2.

Set the “tare” button to zero. 0:13 seconds

Step 3.

Run the agitator for a few seconds to remove any skin on the fudge.

Step 4.

Before pouring the fudge, be sure the agitator is not blocking the spout.

Step 5.

Pour the fudge, using the rubber scraper to control the flow.

Step 6.

Pour the desired weight into the pan.

Step 7.

Smooth the fudge in the pan.

Tip:

If you haven’t poured enough fudge, tilt the kettle slightly and use your rubber scraper to add a bit more fudge to the pan until you have reached the desired weight. If you pour too much fudge into the pan, spoon out the excess.
